Bloom & Becoming Coaching
Practical Support for Mental Health, Recovery, and Life Transitions
This work is for individuals seeking support, clarity, and practical tools during periods of transition, stress, or recovery. My approach is non‑clinical, educational, and collaborative, offering a grounded space to learn, reflect, and build sustainable skills for everyday life.
You may find this support helpful if you are:
- Feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck
- Wanting to better understand your stress responses and emotional patterns
- Navigating early recovery, aftercare, or life after treatment
- Seeking structure, routines, or accountability without therapy
- Unsure where to start within the mental health or recovery space
- Looking for practical tools rather than diagnosis or clinical treatment

What We Explore Together
- Nervous system education and regulation skills
- Stress, overwhelm, and emotional reactivity
- Values, boundaries, and self‑trust
- Recovery‑informed routines and life structure
- Identity shifts during periods of change
- Education around coping skills, habits, and self‑care
- Guidance for individuals and loved ones navigating treatment options, levels of care, and next steps
What It’s Like to Work Together
My approach is collaborative, grounded, and non‑judgmental. Each session begins with a brief check‑in and is largely guided by you, allowing space to focus on what feels most relevant or pressing in that moment. If you’re unsure where to start or what to work on, I can offer suggested topics or areas of focus to help guide the conversation.
Our first session includes introductions and an initial goal‑setting conversation so I can better understand what you’re hoping to gain from our work together. Sessions are practical, educational, and nervous‑system aware, with a recovery‑informed lens that prioritizes clarity, steadiness, and usable tools for daily life.
All services are offered through individual online sessions and are available nationwide. Clients typically meet on a weekly or biweekly basis, depending on their needs, preferences, and goals, with flexibility built in to support different schedules and stages of life.

How Coaching Is Different from Therapy
Scope, Ethics, and What This Is Not
This work is not therapy, diagnosis, or clinical treatment. Coaching and psychoeducation are forward‑focused and centered on learning, skill‑building, and practical support.
Many clients work with me alongside therapy or a treatment team. If at any point a higher level of care or different support would be more appropriate, referrals are encouraged.
